Job Description

What you will be doing:
· Grasp full knowledge and understanding of products to be sold
· Applying product knowledge effectively when meeting with clients to ensure the appropriate solution is provided
· Identify opportunities and generate prospective and promising leads
· Ensure optimal conversion of prospects to closures
· Streamline all matters concerning your accounts by being a focal point of contact
· Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationship with clients
· Actively retain and seek opportunities from existing customers
· Timely and successful assistance with customer requests or escalations ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained
· Prepare reports on current status and future prospects
Who we are looking for:
· Telecom/Technical industry experience holders
· Determined convincers and negotiators
· Strong and confident communicators
· Relevant experience holders
· English speakers (Arabic or secondary languages would be an added advantage)
· Excellent knowledge holders of MS Office
· Fast and adaptable learners
· Self-motivated and results-driven individuals
